Vane Type

CRB1

The CRB1 vane style rotary actuator is offered in 7 sizes (10-100mm). Rotation angles of up to 270° is possible for the entire series. The double vane style offered on the 90° and 100° rotation allows twice the torque of the single vane. Bearings are used throughout the series to support thrust and radial loads. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except for size 10) making this series highly reliable. Optional auto switches can be moved anywhere along the circumference to allow mounting in a position that is most appropriate for your specifications.

CRB2

Series CRB2, single or double vane type, rotary actuator is available in 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 bore. The single vane style uses specially designed seals and stoppers which enable this compact type actuator to rotate up to 270°. Direct mounting is possible for sizes 10 to 30 with the angle adjuster unit. The use of bearings to support thrust and radial loads, along with the implementation of an internal rubber bumper (except for size 10), makes the CRB2 excellent in reliability and durability. Other options include flange mounting, side or axial ports and auto switch capability.

CRBU

The CRBU series is a free mount style, rotary actuator with direct mounting available in three directions. Axial, vertical and side directions are possible. Through the adoption of specially designed seals and stoppers, a rotation angle of 270° has been achieved for the first time in a compact vane style actuator. To support thrust and radial loads, bearings are used throughout the series. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except size 10) to further improve reliability.

MSU

The series MSUB compact rotary table is perfect for end-of-arm tooling applications. It incorporates load bearings and a mounting face with a vane style rotary actuator. Rotation indicators on the side of the table facilitate easy rotating range adjustments.
