Antistatic One-touch fittings series KA has one-touch loading and
unloading. Series KA can be used in copper- free applications and in
vacuum (max. -100kPa). Conductive resin is used for body and seals in
fittings and tubing. Series KA is flame resistant (UL94 standard, V-0).

SMC’s popular one touch technology has been incorporated into this
series where all the wetted metal parts are made from stainless steel.
This fitting is suitable for use in CRT production for example where
the use of copper must be avoided. Other applications include wash down
or other environments that could corrode normal fittings. KG can be
used for vacuum –100 kPa and pressures up to 1 MPa (~150 PSI). This
fitting is available in 27 different body styles, with connection sizes
from M5 to ½ R(PT), and tube sizes from 4mm OD to 12 mm OD.

miniature valves and actuators, M3 and M5 ported. Their compact
one-touch collet design allows easy disassembly with strong tube

drive air systems. The KP series is completely oil free and
liquid-contact areas are non-metallic. Parts are cleaned, assembled and
double packaged in a clean room. Resin parts for one-touch series

KQ2 one-touch, inch size fittings are available in a wide
variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The specially designed
packing provides positive sealing under pressure without the reduced
flow common with compression fittings. The KQ2 release collar releases
both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy
removal of the tubing.

The KQB series uses brass for metal and special FKM for rubber. It's maximum operating temperature is 150°
C. KQB fittings can be used with fluid and in environments having a
large temperature change. The available shapes to this fitting are
male connector, elbow union, elbow, male branch tee, tee, hexagon
socket head male connector, union "Y", straight, and bulkhead union.
Applicable tube O.D. are ø4, ø6, ø8, ø10, and ø12. Also, available connection sizes are M5, R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2, and no thread.

Series KQG is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316,
except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is
grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon,
polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG series is available in both metric

range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 145 PSI. The
use of a special profile ensures positive sealing and reduced
