Self align fittings series H, DL, L, LL has ten styles and five tube
O.D's providing a wide range of fittings that will fit any application.
Flared ridge ferrule prevents accidental loss of ferrule when inserting
tubing into the fitting body. Hardened ridge ferrule prevents breakage
of ferrule when tightening nut. Flared I.D. provides low flow
resistance inside the fitting. The tube holding mechanism gives the
strong feeling when inserting tube, and prevents tube from sliding when
screwing in the tube.

KF insert fittings are suitable for use with nylon, soft nylon and
polyurethane types of tubing. The insert mechanism provides reliable
retaining force on both sides of the tube (inside and outside). The KF
series can used for a wide range of pressures from vacuum up to a
pressure of 1.0MPa.

Machine builders requiring high temperature or corrosion resistant
insert fittings for applications involving air, water or steam now have
the hottest solution around following the launch of SMC´s new stainless
steel fitting range, Series KFG.
Originally developed for the food, electronic and car industries, where
piping is often exposed to high temperatures, including water or steam,
the KFG fittings range can operate with ambient operating fluid
temperatures of -5 to 150ºC and at operating pressures of between -100
kPa to 1MPa.
With their stainless steel 316 construction and unique non-rubber seal
insert connection, this range of grease free fittings offer very high
levels of corrosion resistance and can also be used with numerous
piping materials including FEP, PFA , soft and regular nylon,
polyurethane and polyolefin.
Currently available in half, straight, elbow union and both branch tee
and tee union options, the fittings can accommodate tube sizes from 4mm
to 12mm with port sized thread connections from R 1/8 to R 1/2.

S coupler series KK employs a unique connection method. A slim body
design and large effective area are achieved with a construction that
does not use steel balls or valve springs and therefore does not
restrict the flow path. Together with a reduction of the body size,
pressing parts and resin parts are used to achieve an overall weight
reduction.

Following automotive industry requests for an ATEX approved, air
operated valve for use with either water or chemical based products,
SMC - the world leaders in pneumatic technology - are pleased to launch
their new Series VCC valve range.
With their lightweight resin body manifold construction this new valve
range has been designed for both ease of maintenance and cleaning.
Using a simple one-touch fittings and a clip system it is possible to
add or remove a valve without the need to replace the piping and thanks
to its improved sealing, residual liquid inside the valve is reduced
accordingly. Additional benefits of this improved sealing have also
shown in impressive valve performance of up to 5 million cycles when
used with paint and 10 million cycles for air. Fully ATEX compliant,
Series VCC valves are ideal for applications that require the
separation of fluids such as paint and cleaner or pilot air and main
fluid.
Designed for use with SMC´s stainless steel fittings range Series VCK,
which includes straight, 40º swivel elbow and 90º swivel elbow type
fitting options, this valve and fitting combination ensures that
excellent space saving can be achieved.
