Generating ions at a rate of 60kHz the IZN10 can render a static charge on plastic , paper, films, powder, electrical components, glass and plastic lenses, metals and other materials to an ion balance of +/- 10v or less.

Fast Elimination of static electricity removes the potential for damage, dust adhesion or other problems associated with static electricity.

The IZN complements the full range of static elimination products available from SMC. Available in three models to suit a variety of conditions the IZN10 requires only 24 volt (dc) power and can be connected to an (optional) IZD/IZE Series /Monitor and Sensor and to provide a complete static elimination and control system. An energy saving model and dust removal model are also available.

One unique feature is the ability to connect a small tube to direct the ion discharge to very small components or into tight spaces. A variety of mounting brackets are available for easy installation and the IZN10 also features fault and maintenance indication and feedback functions.
